Flower Child

Hello Readers!

I know it’s valentine’s week-end and we have all sorts of “love is in the air” versions floating around us in the blogosphere but I. for one person, have never been a big fan of this day (week for some of you guys). It’s not an excuse for being single but this day of love never really touched/tweaked my nerve of love (provided I have any).

Anyway, I still enjoy witnessing how people celebrate this day and do all sorts of “sweep each other off their feet” kinda stuff. BUT I would rather be a spectator than a muse.

Coming to our favorite part-The outfit! Lingerie tops-I LOVE! Most simple way to traject your inner temptress without having to actually be one. In simple words, you look every inch of a diva by doing very little.
I usually refrain from all black outfits but with this one, my heart just went with it. The look is simple but intense. High rise jeans, lingerie top, crotchet knit fringed cardigan, a pair of red heels and a red pout to complete the look.

Simple elements, right shades of colors and patterns contribute to effortless yet an impactful look. I avoided heavy accessorizing since my aim was to keep things minimal. The softness of the look  makes it more appealing.
This would work perfectly with a blue rugged high rise jeans, a pair of ankle booties and a choker. The look will still keep the essence of the original idea with an additional touch of edge.

That’s all for now. Hope you all had an amazing weekend.
XOXO
